Your Hormonal Balance Checklist
Our hormones are the most potent chemical messengers within our amazing bodies, always telling your body what to do and when. That’s why when our hormones become imbalanced, you may be able to feel the effects, whether it be via insomnia, fatigue, weight gain, hair loss, or mood swings. But usually, these imbalances are reversible – and I’m here to teach you how to recognise the symptoms and how to balance your hormones naturally.
Symptoms such as bloating, fatigue, irritability, hair loss, heart palpitations, mood swings, problems with blood sugar, insulin resistance, trouble concentrating, infertility – are merely just that, symptoms, of a hormone imbalance. And it’s not half as rare as you think.
In today’s life, where being busy is often seen as a badge of honour for many women (newsflash – it’s really not). These bossy hormones affect every single cell and system in our bodies.
Hormone imbalance can debilitate you. And if you know, you know!
Some hormonal shifts are normal, like monthly fluctuations of sex hormones responsible for menstruation and ovulation or the changes that occur during pregnancy. Menopause is another time for a normal hormonal shift in a woman’s life.
