Why GREEN juice??

Basically – green juices are power-packed with nutrition.
The ‘green’ in the green vegetables derive the amazing ability to transform sunshine into the food that all creatures consume, greens produce chlorophyll, which oxygenates your body. This enables us to release stored toxins in the body. Your hemoglobin (that has a similar molecular structure as that of your red blood cells) gets elevated, improving the blood circulation as a result and giving your body a boost of energy.
A green juice will cleanse your digestive system, lungs, liver (which will rev up, if sluggish — causing you to retain weight) and reproductive system.
And if you are a smoker, this is an excellent supplement to your diet.
How many of you can say that you eat enough greens in your daily diet? I guess only my hand is up. Best part is, they taste super yummo when you learn just how easy it is!!
A yummy beginner green juice can be made simply by putting the following through a juicer:

2 Granny Smith Apples (skin on!),
4 stalks of Celery,
1 Cucumber (skin on!),
1 small knob of ginger (everyone likes different amounts of ginger so experiment over the next few days),
6 leaves of Kale, &
1/2 a lemon.
